George: It´s seven hundred dollars a month, plus utilities. Would you like to come see it?
Claudio: Yes. Where is it located?
George: It´s on South Broadway in Red Hook. Can you come with your roommate at six tomorrow night?
Claudio: Yes, that´s fine. We´ll see you tomorrow.
