Óscar: Hello, Mr Meyers. This is Óscar Ramírez. We have a problem with the refrigerator.
James: What’s the problem?
Óscar: It doesn´t stay cold, and everything melts in the freezer.
James: Okay. I´ll come look at it ton Thursday.
Óscar: Thank you.
James: You´re welcome.

Looking for an apartment.

George: Hello?
Claudio: Hello. I´m calling about the apartment. I saw a flier at the laundromat.
George: Yes. It´s still available. What´s your name?
Claudio: Claudio Sánchez.
George: Do you have a roommate?
Claudio: Yes. The flier said there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. How much is rent?
George: It´s seven hundred dollars a month, plus utilities. Would you like to come see it?
Claudio: Yes. Where is it located?
George: It´s on South Broadway in Red Hook. Can you come with your roommate at six tomorrow night?
Claudio: Yes, that´s fine. We´ll see you tomorrow.
George: Bye.
