(2) Los niños dicen la siguiente rima para elegir a una persona dentro de un grupo. Con cada palabra se va señalando a una persona hasta llegar al final de la rima. La persona que al final es apuntada es la elegida. La primera y última línea no tienen ningún sentido.

VOCABULARIO

go away (vete/ ándate)

come again (vuelve): Es igual a “come back.”

catch (agarra)

hollers (grita): Es muy coloquial. Sinónimos más comunes son shouts (“shaots”)  y yells (“iels”).

let him go (suéltalo/ déjalo ir): Lo que uno va a soltar o dejar ir puede ir entre medio de “let” y “go.” Ej. “Let it go.” También puede ir al final con “of.” Ej. “Let go of it.” “Let go of my hair.” “Let go of your children.” (Suéltalo. Suelta mi pelo. Suelta a tus hijos.)

HAGA SUS PROPIAS ORACIONES

Los verbos de arriba (con excepción de “hollers”) están en forma imperativa, como mandatos, sugerencias, o instrucciones. Para hacerlos negativo simplemente se pone “Don’t” adelante. Ej. “Don’t go away.” (No te vayas.) Haga más frases imperativas con estas palabras.
