Officer Jones:       What’s your name?                             [¿Cómo se llama Ud.?]

Marcos:                  (1)Marcos Álvarez Henríquez.         [Marcos Álvarez Henríquez.]

Officer Jones:       (2)Where are you from?                    [¿De dónde es?]

Marcos:                  (3)Am I free to go?                              [¿Estoy libre de irme?]

Officer Jones:       (4)Yes.                                                   [Sí.]

[Ud. siempre tiene que decir su nombre verdadero a la policía, pero no tiene que responder ninguna otra pregunta. Si lo dicen que está libre de irse o no está arrestado, puede mantenerse en silencio e irse.]

Officer Jones:       What’s your name?             “Wats iur neim?”

Siga las direcciones para completar el diálogo de arriba.

-Am I under arrest?             “Em ai ander arest?”         [¿Estoy arrestado(a)?]

(4) Respond “Yes” or “No.” If the person is not free to go and is arrested, tell the person his or her rights with the following sentences./

Responde “Sí” o “No.” Si la persona no está libre de irse y está arrestada, digale sus derechos con las siguientes frases.
